Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Morgan Hill, CA (also San Jose, CA – multiple posting dates)

Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 per year + $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality, individualized speech therapy services to strengthen speech, language, cognitive, and memory skills.

Design and implement evidence‑based therapy programs aligned with goals developed alongside educators and families.

Monitor student progress using data‑driven methods and provide actionable updates that reflect each student’s needs.

Write comprehensive progress reports and adapt therapy to optimize outcomes.

Maintain precise case records and submit accurate billing documentation within 24 hours of each session.

Build respectful communication with families to coordinate scheduling, address concerns, and support goal carry‑over into home and school routines.

Conduct thorough clinical assessments, recommend evidence‑based treatment plans, and manage implementation.

Ensure timely completion of intake processes, ongoing evaluation of therapy plans, and progress toward clinical indicators.

Facilitate staff training, disseminate best practices, and mentor team members to build clinical proficiency.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals—OT, PT, educational psychologists—for integrated care planning.

Provide clinical guidance and supervision in home and community settings to ensure program fidelity.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of clinical service delivery.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in Speech Pathology or a closely related field.

Licensed or in the process of obtaining a California SLP credential.

Valid California state driver’s license.

Experience or strong knowledge of providing speech therapy in educational or behavioral health settings.

Experience with special education services and compliance for students with diverse needs (e.g., autism spectrum disorders, emotional/behavioral disorders).

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

Strong communication, organization, conflict resolution, multitasking, and decision‑making skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, database entry, and instructional technology.
