Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of Quality transformation programs. Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with defined deliverables and timelines.
Assist in maintaining governance structures including dashboards and review processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program visibility and alignment with business goals.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage dependencies to facilitate timely delivery of initiatives. Work closely with partners across Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, and Commercial functions.
Contribute to the management of the Quality transformation portfolio. Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
Partner with Change Management to integrate best practices into program delivery. Support training, communication, and readiness activities to drive adoption and integration.
Promote lean, agile, and digital‑first methodologies. Support efforts to enhance program management practices and contribute to organizational transformation maturity.
Foster a collaborative team environment. Provide mentorship and contribute to talent development within the program team.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
6‑8 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in enterprise or cross‑functional initiatives.
Experience working in matrixed environments.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMI‑ACP, PRINCE2, AgilePM).
Familiarity with governance, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
Exposure to Quality systems and operational practices.
Understanding of digital tools and change management principles.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Regulatory Science, Engineering, or Public Health).
Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci).
Experience with digital transformation or smart manufacturing.
Background in quality, R&D, commercial, or supply chain functions.
Proficiency in dashboards, analytics tools, and performance reporting.
Additional Information
Primary location: Lilly Corporate Center, Indianapolis, IN. Consideration may be given for location at an existing global Lilly manufacturing site.
Base salary range: $115,500 - $169,400.
Full‑time position with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
