Key Skills & Competencies

5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles.

Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and SQL.

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and relational databases.

Experience managing analytics projects and leading teams.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an accessible format.

Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can improve processes and drive efficiency, and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks).

Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python).

Familiarity with SaaS metrics, ARR pipeline analytics, and sales performance reporting.

Experience in data governance frameworks and best practices.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization’s BI and analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Partner with key stakeholders to identify analytics opportunities and prioritize initiatives.

Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business teams to define and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and ETL processes.

Establish and enforce data quality standards and validation checks.

Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

Develop KPIs, metrics, and scorecards to monitor business performance across functions.

Implement self‑service BI capabilities to empower business users.

Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and root causes of business performance issues.

Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast outcomes and support strategic planning.

Support pipeline analytics, ARR reporting, customer segmentation, and other core business metrics.

Serve as the primary liaison between analytics and business teams, translating requirements into technical solutions.

Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations to ensure analytics solutions meet cross‑functional needs.

About the Team Our Business Intelligence team is responsible for transforming data into value for the organization through reporting, modeling, and thought leadership. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work in the New York area.

Compensation & Benefits Location: New York, NY. Base salary range: $118,700–$172,250. Eligible for incentive compensation. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employer contribution, life and disability insurance, an employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
