Are you ready to make a significant impact as a Senior Principal Engineer – Exploratory and Innovation at Vantive Healthcare Corporation? Join us in crafting the future of healthcare technology. You will contribute to the development of our Acute (CRRT) Therapy products while driving innovation. Apply your proven technical and program management skills to successfully implement expansion strategies within our Acute product portfolio. You will work closely with development teams, both internal and external, as the technical lead on next‑generation product lines, particularly within the Intensive Care Unit. What You Will Be Doing
Apply architectural and design skills while collaborating with senior development engineers to decompose System Requirements into a structured hierarchy of sub‑systems and interfaces. Be responsible for overall requirements management and may lead risk management activities, including cybersecurity. Build design concepts and research methodologies that meet current and future customer and business needs for a product or process domain area. Contribute to the program/project or the organization’s technical strategy. Demonstrate good business judgment in balancing budget, profitability, and vendor relationships; understand business financials and their impact on decisions. Perform as an independent reviewer in technical and design reviews. Be engaged and respected within the team; for example, you may function as LSD or PDO for products or as a subject matter expert on technical problems. Demonstrate understanding of and alignment to FDA, ISO, and IEC design control procedures, regulations, and standards within your area of responsibility/expertise. What You Will Bring
A Bachelor's/Masters degree or equivalent experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Controls, Systems, Software, or a related clinical field. Equivalent experience in sciences strongly preferred, including Ph.D. or equivalent experience. 3+ years’ experience as a Research Scientist. 10+ years of industry work experience. Demonstrate good business acumen. Nice To Have

Estimated base salary for this position is $120,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually. The range reflects anticipated market data and may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Benefits
