Senior Litigation Paralegal – Complex Litigation Employment Type : Direct Hire

Location : Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Salary Range : $110,000 – $120,000 + annual cost of living increase and annual bonus

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage large‑scale, complex, multi‑party litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Coordinate discovery efforts, including document review and production in Relativity or similar platforms.

Perform high‑level legal research, drafting, cite‑checking, and fact development.

Manage and maintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars.

Collaborate closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and co‑counsel on multi‑faced legal strategies.

Serve as the go‑to point of contact for case logistics and project workflows.

Participate in trial preparation and support, including preparing exhibits, witness files, and trial binders.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex litigation as a paralegal, ideally in plaintiff‑side or class action matters.

Strong federal court experience required.

Demonstrated experience with e‑discovery tools, preferably Relativity, including managing large document reviews.

Excellent writing, research, and cite‑checking skills (Bluebook proficiency).

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.

Tech‑savvy and quick to learn internal systems and workflows.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with a variety of personality types.

Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and invested in high‑quality legal work.
