Schedule Full time, hybrid role; Monday - Friday with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and at least four years of experience in corporate wellness.

Qualified to travel up to 50%.

Four years of Corporate Wellness experience required; Food Service experience preferred; Serve‑Safe certification required or obtainable within 12 weeks.

Position Details This position will support Bon Appetit higher education and corporate accounts. Responsibilities include implementing corporate nutrition programs, supporting quality assurance in areas such as nutrition labeling, food allergies, special diets, and supporting account‑specific nutrition needs.

Compensation Salary:

$90,000 - $100,000 per year.

Job Summary The

Wellness Manager

implements corporate nutrition programs and supports quality assurance in areas such as nutrition labeling, food allergies, special diets, and account‑specific nutrition needs. They manage nutrition and wellness initiatives, evaluate education, training, and guidance provision, and collaborate with account leaders, district managers, chefs, and marketing managers to promote nutrition goals.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and execute company food philosophy and wellness programs.

Support account in meeting nutrition‑related regulatory requirements.

Educate operational teams on wellness standards and risk management.

Establish relationships with client health and wellness teams.

Coordinate wellness events calendar with regional marketing and culinary team.

Customize and present materials for health fairs, lunch and learns, program launches.

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of nutrition topics and communicate trends.

Conduct regular audits and site visits to assess account performance.

Develop corrective action plans, monitor compliance with standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian via the CDR (required).

Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in applicable states (required).

Master’s degree preferred.

Four years of Corporate Wellness experience (required).

Food Service experience preferred.

Serve‑Safe certification preferred; if not certified, must obtain within 12 weeks.

Ability to travel up to 50% required.
