As a National Outbound Sales Account Executive at Campspot you will be an integral part of our mission to power and transform the campground industry. If you’re passionate about camping and driving revenue through innovative technology, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

Lead generation and relationship building: Identify and hunt cold prospects not engaged with Campspot, and generate leads and new business opportunities using cold calling, email outreach, and networking.

Pipeline development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, proactively identify decision‑makers, understand their needs, and qualify opportunities for further engagement.

Solution positioning: Understand customer needs and pain points to effectively present and position our software solution.

Consultative selling: Lead a consultative sale by becoming an expert in both the campground industry and the Campspot platform.

Sales process: Diligently manage the leads at every stage of the close process, focusing on follow‑up and lead‑stage management to ensure full coverage of all opportunities.

Market insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, and provide insights to the sales team and leadership on emerging opportunities and challenges.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams—including marketing, implementation, customer success, inbound sales, and product—to ensure a seamless client experience and drive customer satisfaction.

CRM management: Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets. Provide regular updates on sales performance and contribute to sales forecasting.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS sales environment.

Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and forecasting tools is a plus.

Strong understanding of sales processes (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC) and consistently uses a methodology to hit pipeline generation goals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Results‑driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Self‑motivated, proactive, and persistent approach to sales.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $60k; Commissions eligible with OTE of $110k.

We are looking to hire a class of Account Executives in the Denver metro area to establish and build our new sales office in downtown Denver. Candidates should apply if they work best in, and prefer, an in‑office setting.
