Position Summary: Catalent’s Boston‑area facility is the global Center of Excellence for spray dry dispersion and DPI capsule manufacture. The Project Manager will lead non‑technical aspects of customer projects for inhalation products and oral spray‑dried powders, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and acting as the primary customer contact.

The Role

Generate and maintain project documentation—including minutes, agendas, timelines, and trackers—to support customer projects.

Collaborate with Business Development to sustain customer relationships and promote repeat business.

Monitor project progress, report milestones, and coordinate technical and financial targets.

Provide project status updates to upper management and flag issues that could impact outcomes.

Escalate unresolved issues, barriers, and resource constraints to the supervisor.

Coordinate revisions of SOPs, Batch Records, and other customer site documents.

Ensure timely incident report closure and client notification within 24 hours.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

The Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or a related field.

Minimum two (2) years of experience in a project‑management‑aligned role (e.g., sales, business development, research, formulation, drug discovery, process engineering, manufacturing, QC, or QA).

Preferred CRO or CDMO project‑management experience delivering non‑clinical and clinical manufacturing services.

Strong time‑management and prioritization skills to meet shifting priorities.

Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.

Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or Operational Excellence principles.

Physical requirements: ability to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0–10 pounds.
