Overview Presbyterian is seeking a
Procedural Manager - Supply Chain.
The person in this position will be responsible for the leadership and direction of assigned facilities Central Supply, central inventory, par replenishment, OR inventory, case picking, internal distribution, call deliveries, specialty carts, DME management, patient charging for supplies, and equipment. The role requires optimizing labor, inventory, equipment, and technology resources to provide the highest-valued, customer‑focused logistical services to the departments served.
This is a Full Time position – Exempt: Yes

Qualifications
Bachelor degree; 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
3+ years experience in healthcare supply chain operations management.
Responsibilities
Develop Central Supply business plan with goals, objectives, initiatives and tactics to achieve the expected outcomes, process improvements and service levels (KPIs).
Manage Central Supply staff with an emphasis on talent development, teamwork, and job satisfaction; conduct annual evaluations and development planning; lead recruitment, hiring, promotion/demotion, disciplinary counseling, and termination or reassignment activities.
Organize staff and resources to execute initiatives and tactics effectively and efficiently, and monitor and report progress; elevate issues and concerns in a timely manner.
Manage all staff scheduling and assignments to ensure all work functions and requirements are completed effectively and at the highest standards.
Support the design and implementation of supply chain inventory management and replenishment models to optimize labor and inventories; conduct cycle counts and physical inventories as required.
Optimize the use of Lawson and available technologies to better perform tasks, and to improve services and outcomes.
