This role combines program governance, delivery ownership, and cross-regional coordination (NA & EMEA) to ensure the merge enhances efficiency, standardization, and business readiness, not just a technical migration.

Partner with Business, IT, and SI partners across regions to deliver a standardized yet flexible New Model design.
Coordinate functional workstreams: Campaign, Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Contract, Integrations, Data Migration, and Reporting.
Ensure global alignment with Lead-to-Cash processes, forecasting models, and route-to-market structures (Direct, MSP, Marketplace).
Manage sprint plans, deliverables, and testing cycles (UAT, Regression, SIT).
Oversee data migration readiness, cutover strategy, and post-go-live stabilization.
Enforce project documentation standards and governance compliance (design approvals, release notes, sign-offs).
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
Facilitate requirements and user enablement sessions to ensure business adoption.
Champion the principle of process first, systems second - aligning technology delivery with business outcomes.
Required Skills/Experience
