A Snapshot of Your Day We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Manufacturing Project Manager, CAPEX to lead capital investment projects across our manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for the planning, budgeting, and execution of infrastructure and equipment‑related capital projects that support operational efficiency, safety, and long‑term asset value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing environments, facilities engineering, and project management, with hands‑on experience using AutoCAD for layout planning and user documentation.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Lead the full lifecycle of capital projects, including scope development, cost estimation, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to identify and prioritize capital needs.
Develop and manage annual Capex budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Create and review technical drawings, facility layouts, and equipment placement using AutoCAD.
Oversee contractor selection, bid processes, and vendor management for construction and installation projects.
Ensure all projects align with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement in Capex planning, execution, and documentation processes.
What You Bring
Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a foundry or manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with CMMS platforms and digital maintenance tools.
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls is a plus.
Passion for innovation, learning, and contributing to a high‑performance team.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
This position requires an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite. The candidate must be able to work with export‑controlled technology in accordance with U.S. export control law.
