Base pay range: $52,700.00/yr – $67,300.00/yr
Job Summary The
Studio Manager
is responsible for operating and overseeing all front‑of‑house fitness studio operations and leading and developing the sales team. They meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators, mentor staff in sales techniques, regulate workout traffic, and maintain premium customer service. The Studio Manager works closely with the Regional Sales & Ops Manager on training, coaching, coordinating studio events, and adhering to all OTF business and employee policies to ensure impeccable studio operations. They develop and lead a high‑energy culture and ensure OTF branding through consistency and continuity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and scheduling process of new hires.
Train, develop, and coach sales staff in collaboration with the Regional Sales & Ops Manager.
Manage sales staff workflow throughout the day.
Design and drive in‑studio contests and incentive programs to achieve sales goals.
Ensure all front‑desk processes are followed, including member check‑in, phone inquiries, guest registration, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer‑care calls, and document scanning.
Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service across all team members and interactions.
Uphold studio cleanliness and sanitation standards (restroom checks, equipment cleaning, floor mopping, surface sanitization).
Coordinate with the Assistant Studio Manager and Regional Sales & Ops Manager on social media initiatives.
Develop and execute sales drivers, such as pre‑sale events, studio events, and outreach programs.
Create a high‑energy culture through contests and incentive‑based motivation.
Model all studio activities through self‑involvement and ensure OTF branding consistency.
Perform other duties and projects as needed to support successful studio operations and goal achievement.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Manager or Assistant Manager role.
Previous sales leadership and customer service experience.
Experience working in a quota‑bearing structure (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
CPR/AED certification required upon hire or within the first 90 days; certification must be current and maintained.
