About The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions within our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate is a specialist in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex, with advanced expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs and Web Services.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical specialist in Apex development, including Triggers, Classes, and Batch Jobs, ensuring best practices, performance, and security across the platform.
Lead the development of modern user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), translating design mockups and business requirements into highly intuitive and responsive applications.
Design, develop, and maintain complex API and Web Service integrations (REST/SOAP) between Salesforce and various external systems, acting as the advanced subject matter expert for integration patterns.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to refine technical requirements and define development effort estimates.
Utilize Salesforce configuration tools where appropriate (Flow, Process Builder) but prioritize custom development when necessary for complex logic or performance needs.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to established coding standards and development methodologies.
Manage deployment activities using CI/CD tools and ensure code migration integrity across sandbox and production environments.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands‑on, professional experience in Salesforce development.
Specialist Proficiency in LWC: Extensive, proven experience building complex, reusable, and performant user interfaces using Lightning Web Components.
Specialist Proficiency in Apex: Deep expertise in advanced Apex development, governor limits, asynchronous processing, and SOQL/SOSL optimization.
Advanced Proficiency in APIs/Web Services: Strong track record designing and implementing secure, scalable integrations, including experience with authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT) and managing platform events.
Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture (Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets), and declarative platform capabilities.
Experience with development tools like VS Code, Git, and deployment pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II or JavaScript Developer I is highly preferred.
