Salary $120,000 – $165,000 + Bonus

About the Role Its our mission is to deliver infrastructure that ensures safe, sustainable water systems. In this senior role, you’ll lead projects in water, wastewater, and reuse, from planning through construction, and help shape technical direction, client relationships, and innovation for the firm’s water practice.
You’ll work on municipal water / wastewater treatment, conveyance, pumping, reuse systems, and asset management. Your influence will stretch into mentoring younger staff, driving technical excellence, and taking a leadership role in business development and client engagement.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's (or higher) in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field
10+ years of experience in water / wastewater engineering (planning, design, construction)
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Proven technical leadership in treatment, distribution, conveyance, or reuse systems
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Experience mentoring junior staff and guiding technical decisions
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MS or MBA)
Active in professional organizations (e.g. WEF, AWWA, ASCE)
Experience with business development, proposals, and client strategy
