BEPC Inc. is seeking a
Chemical Research Engineer
to support a leading client’s cutting‑edge R&D initiatives in
air purification, catalysis, thermal management, and fuel cell technologies . This hands‑on role involves laboratory research, prototype development, and data‑driven experimentation to advance innovative chemical and materials solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in
chemical engineering principles , gas processing, and lab operations—paired with an analytical mindset and passion for problem‑solving. This position offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary R&D environment focused on transforming early‑stage concepts into commercial products. Key Responsibilities
Conduct experimental research supporting new materials and processes in air purification, catalysis, and thermal management systems. Design, build, and test chemical and material prototypes, including gas and liquid test systems. Perform and interpret data analyses to uncover key performance factors and scientific insights. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in R&D, engineering, and manufacturing to move technologies from concept to commercialization. Communicate experimental results, progress reports, and technical findings to leadership and customers. Contribute to project scheduling, budgeting, and technical documentation. Maintain compliance with rigorous safety and environmental standards. Qualifications
Required: BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in gas processing, lab operations, and data analysis. Preferred: Strong knowledge of gas, liquid, and process safety practices. Familiarity with chemical analysis and materials characterization methods. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and global teams. Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills. Location & Schedule
