Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to enhance data ecosystems and support system/process development.
Monitor and enforce standards, policies, and procedures set by the business line, clients, and regulatory entities.
Provide training for routine data‑related tasks.
Ensure privacy and confidentiality of all internal and external data.
Communicate effectively with project teams and follow established project‑management processes.
Track key metrics, report findings to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate, and business function procedures throughout all project phases.
Travel up to 10% may be required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university.
1+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, including foundational knowledge of data storage, maintenance, visualization, reporting, and usage.
Proficient in SQL for querying and transforming relational datasets.
Skilled in Python for data wrangling, analysis, and visualization.
Experienced with data analysis tools/software such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and statistical skills.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Applied Mathematics or Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience with R or other scripting languages.
