Job Description Summary This position reports Pricing Lead of Heterogeneous Integration (Advanced Packaging). As a key finance business partner, the candidate will anticipate internal, external, regulatory business challenges and actively influence management with critical analysis and sound business advice. This role focuses on all aspects of product pricing and revenue execution from opportunity to recognition. It collaborates with various cross‑functional organizations globally and requires the ability to supply solutions to complex problems. Works independently to support four Key Product Units (1 large, 3 small) that are innovative, complex, and growing with a diverse set of new and existing products serving high growth Advanced Packaging applications.

Major Responsibilities

Business partnering with executive management team; primary finance partner for Business Management, Global Product Marketing, & Business Management Operations organizations.

Analyzes product pricing performance and works with Business Management on closing gaps in pricing expectations for deals and sales opportunities.

Partner with portfolio leads to ensure execution to PDP pricing assumptions.

Support long‑range strategic review, focusing on Competitive & Market share analysis.

Support the adoption of CRP and new pricing metrics into existing business processes including large order deals, SEM and SIP. Drive process corrections in upstream functions to ensure data fidelity for Revenue forecast accuracy and value capture opportunities.

Supports data preparation of Alpine pricing scorecard at QBR / Alpine reviews.

Deal analysis – owns optimization of pricing for partnering with Business Management on profitability & commercials. Recommends or leads product or service improvements to commercial deal structures.

Sales Approval analysis – partnering with Business Management on ASP increase initiatives and alignment to PDP pricing strategy.

Drive execution towards Days Sales Outstanding and FGI dwell time targets.

Support for BU S&OP Demand Reviews, including scenario planning and market share implications.

Coordination across functions to drive build plan reconciliation alignment.

Bookings, billing, backlog analysis and market share forecast.

Forecasting & delivering predictable financial results.

Close/GAAP, including revenue recognition (working with ORCA and closing out SRD, TSO, POD) and balance sheet management.

Process improvement in collaboration with peers in Silicon Product Group (SPG).

Performs competitive or Red Team Analytics.

Key participant on Agile Finance initiatives; lead for one segment‑wide initiative.

Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business.

Education & Experience

BS degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience, semiconductor equipment or components manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

Master's Degree.

U.S. Salary Range $133,500.00 – $183,500.00 (Base Salary).

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
