Commercial Construction Superintendent

to service our clients throughout the United States.

Necessary Qualifications

2+ years of commercial construction experience and previous experience as a construction superintendent.

Ability to travel to worksites throughout the United States.

Layout complex construction projects and read/interpret blueprints, architectural, and structural drawings.

Manage and follow project schedules.

Motivated and detail‑oriented with strong communication skills for clients, subcontractors, and employees.

OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.

Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.

Supervise and lead construction crews, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and efficient work.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during construction.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.

Foster a culture of safety and adherence to industry standards and best practices.
