At vHive, a global leader in Digital Twin software solutions, we’re transforming how enterprises digitize and manage field assets across telecom, renewable energy, and beyond. Our patented technology combines autonomous drone hives, computer vision, and AI to deliver actionable insights that uncover new revenue opportunities, reduce operational costs, and enhance safety. Operating in more than 40 countries across 5 continents, we’re setting the standard for large‑scale, data‑driven digital transformation. Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Manager who will be the primary customer‑facing product lead for strategic accounts—building trust and long‑term relationships, capturing customer requests and pain points, and turning those inputs into both short‑ and long‑term product roadmaps that balance customer needs with vHive’s product vision. You’ll ensure successful product introductions and integrations into customers’ workflows and systems, translate customer requirements into detailed specifications for R&D, and coordinate delivery and adoption. Key Responsibilities

Customer engagement & insight gathering

Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic customers; act as the main product contact and advocate for their needs. Conduct regular interviews, site visits, workshops and feedback sessions to uncover workflows, pain points and opportunities. Roadmap & strategy

Create and maintain customer‑aligned short‑ and long‑term roadmaps that reflect real‑world priorities and align with company product strategy. Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility and strategic fit. Ensure roadmap synchronization with inbound Product Managers and company release planning. Requirements Definition & R&D Translation

Translate customer needs and workflows into clear product requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, API specs, UI/UX requirements and technical design notes. Work closely with R&D to ensure requirements are implementable and to clarify trade‑offs during design and development. Product introduction & integration

Own product introduction, integration planning and delivery into customer environments, including API/integration projects and workflows. Coordinate technical onboarding, beta programs, and validation of features in production environments to ensure adoption and success. Delivery, program & stakeholder management

Maintain a master list of customer requirements, timelines, dependencies and delivery commitments; proactively track progress and manage expectations. Facilitate transparent communication between customers and internal teams—providing status updates, decisions and trade‑offs. Measure and report on adoption, customer satisfaction and the impact of delivered features; identify follow‑up actions. Required Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on software development experience is required, with a deep understanding of R&D workflows and the end‑to‑end product lifecycle. 4+ years of product management or technical account experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, ideally in customer‑facing roles. Proven track record of working directly with strategic customers to gather requirements, build relationships and deliver product outcomes. Experience introducing and integrating SaaS solutions into enterprise/telecom environments (preferably with U.S.-based Mobile Network Operators). Strong ability to translate customer/business needs into detailed technical product requirements (user stories, API specs, UX requirements). Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills—able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities. Analytical mindset: able to synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into prioritization and strategy. Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in startups or fast‑paced product environments. Familiarity with telecommunications, Digital Twins, drones, AI/computer vision, CAD/BIM or digital factory concepts. Experience defining user stories and UI/UX requirements from customer discovery. MBA or master’s degree (optional). What We Offer

High‑impact role with direct influence on product direction and customer success. Collaborative, fast‑moving environment with strong product culture. Opportunities for growth, leadership and learning. Location
