Job Description
Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint Online solutions, including intranets, workflows, lists, libraries, and web parts.
Implement and maintain modern SharePoint sites with tailored layouts, branding, and user experiences.
Develop automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and Copilot to enable intelligent productivity and collaboration.
Provide technical leadership in SharePoint development, migration, and optimization efforts.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards for SharePoint Online and M365 environments.
Develop user adoption strategies and roadmaps to promote M365 engagement.
Apply gamification principles to enhance intranet adoption and collaboration.
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues to maintain optimal system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of SharePoint development experience, with deep expertise in SharePoint Online and Office 365.
Proven experience customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
4+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PowerShell, and jQuery (or similar frameworks).
Strong understanding of SharePoint security, governance, and compliance best practices.
Experience developing intuitive, user‑centered UI/UX for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and its integration into SharePoint and M365 environments.
Knowledge of gamification principles for driving user engagement and adoption.
Experience developing M365 adoption strategies and roadmaps.
Relevant certifications preferred:
Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Online
Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate
Other equivalent Microsoft certifications
Preferred Attributes
