CNC Programmer/Machinist (Aerospace, Medical & Automotive)
We are seeking an experienced CNC programmer and machinist to operate and program 3-, 4-, and 5‑axis milling machines and lathes, producing precision components for aerospace, medical, and automotive applications.
Base Pay Range:
$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

What You’ll Do:
Operate and program CNC mills and lathes, including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines, to produce precision components.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to ensure accurate part fabrication.
Set up machines, select tools, and adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling to meet specifications.
Monitor machine operations, inspect parts using precision measuring tools, and maintain strict quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with engineers and team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience operating CNC milling machines and lathes, including multi-axis systems.
Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality workmanship.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming (plus).
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to new processes, tools, and technologies in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.
