Job Description We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator with 4–6 years of experience to support complex ERP implementations. This role is designed for a highly organized professional who has advanced coordination skills and can oversee critical aspects of project delivery.

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will partner closely with project managers, consultants, and client stakeholders to manage project schedules, track risks and issues, facilitate communication, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. You will also mentor junior coordinators and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development of detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Maintain and update project schedules, tracking progress against key milestones.

Track and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) items to ensure resolution.

Support configuration, metrics creation, dashboard reporting, and sprint build‑outs.

Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document outcomes, and manage follow‑up actions.

Prepare and distribute detailed project status reports and executive summaries.

Maintain organized project documentation, ensuring accessibility to team members and stakeholders.

Coordinate testing, audits, and sprint closures in collaboration with technical and functional teams.

Monitor resource availability and allocation to ensure efficient utilization across projects.

Support client engagement by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and documenting feedback.

Mentor junior project coordinators and provide guidance on project tools, templates, and best practices.

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within ERP or large‑scale technology implementations.

Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).

Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives, clients, and team members.

Proven ability to manage RAID logs, facilitate audits, and support quality assurance.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management certification (CAPM or equivalent).

Prior experience in consulting or professional services.

Familiarity with ERP implementation lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
