Project Executive Mechanical Wastewater
Our client is a 4th-generation, family-owned business that has been in operation for 100+ years. It operates as a multi-division company with over 600 employees and generates between $150M-$200M in annual revenue. Its divisions span across construction, real estate development, equipment leasing, and utility management. The firm serves clients across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut, with a market focus on energy, water, wastewater, commercial (offices and labs), industrial, and institutional sectors. Their business is guided by four core principles: Safety, People, Profitability, and New Business Generation. They are actively seeking a Project Executive within their Mechanical Division that can make an immediate impact.
Job Description Help lead a team to complete large, complex water / wastewater treatment facilities - $25M+
Serve as primary client contact Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design and engineering teams.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved in the project.
Manage risk by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
Help create a strong culture - hardworking, honest and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant 10+ years of construction management experience from preconstruction to close out
Water / wastewater + infrastructure project experience ($15M+)
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Proven experience leading a team of 5+
Strong knowledge of treatment processes, mechanical systems, and permitting.
Excellent communication systems - written and verbal
