Senior Order Management Analyst – SAP S/4 O2C At Belden, we build the next generation of connectivity solutions. We are seeking an experienced senior analyst to optimize the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash process within SAP S/4, leveraging deep knowledge of O2C and legacy ERP migrations.

Job Summary You will be responsible for driving the implementation and enhancement of SAP S/4 for Order Management. Collaborating with sales, customer service, logistics, finance, and IT, you will align technology strategies with business objectives, ensuring a successful S/4 implementation and smooth transition from legacy systems.

What You Will Do

SAP S/4 Implementation: Develop project plans, configure, test, and train users for Order‑to‑Cash processes.

Legacy ERP Migration: Define a roadmap for migrating O2C data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, focusing on data quality and integration.

Requirements Definition: Translate business needs into technical specifications for the O2C domain.

Data Migration & Integration: Map legacy data, design migration strategies, and ensure consistency between SAP S/4 and other systems.

Sales Order Management: Optimize order workflows—quoting, order creation, pricing, credit, invoicing, and delivery processing.

Testing & QA: Create and execute comprehensive testing plans to guarantee data integrity and process reliability.

Change Management: Lead training, communication, and adoption initiatives for a smooth transition to S/4.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (master’s/MBA preferred).

5+ years of IT experience focused on Order Management and SAP S/4, especially O2C.

Deep understanding of O2C processes: sales order management, pricing, availability checks, credit management, invoicing, billing.

Proven SAP S/4 implementation experience with project planning, data migration, configuration, and user training.

Experience migrating legacy ERP data to SAP S/4, particularly for O2C.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Proficiency in relevant SAP S/4 modules (SD, MM) and integration with other modules.

Professional certifications (SAP SD, FI/CO, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities.

Compensation & Benefits Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $101,400 – $152,100, plus benefits and additional incentives based on experience and location.
