Senior Application Systems Analyst - Press Ganey
Presbyterian Healthcare Services is hiring a Senior Application Systems Analyst to form and define system scope and objectives based on user needs, devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems, and prepare detailed specifications for program development. The role requires advanced technical expertise across all phases of application systems analysis.
Base Pay Range $37.29/hr – $56.92/hr
Position Details Type: Full Time (Exempt)
Location: Rev Hugh Cooper Admin Center
Work Hours: Days
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PressGaney / HRP application
Analytical skills
IT background preferred
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related technical/business area plus 4 years of IT or business experience; 6 years of additional experience can substitute for the degree.
Responsibilities
Provide advanced support for definition and refinement of business requirements and quality assurance/acceptance testing efforts.
Design, develop, test, and debug software components of moderate to high complexity.
Provide implementation, production, and upgrade support for software components of moderate to high complexity.
Act as liaison between the application team and the user community, facilitating communications, coordinating system enhancements, and providing production support.
Work with the user community to define business requirements in sufficient detail and to define business use cases that guide systems configuration, development/enhancement, and operations activities.
Manage development of user and technical documentation according to department standards.
