A Day in the Life
You start your shift with a quick team huddle, review the production goals, and move to your station. Throughout the day you’ll:
Assemble bedding products with precision, using specialized equipment and hand tools.
Inspect materials and finished goods, correcting defects and refining quality.
Use digital tools and tracking systems to document production accurately.
Prepare finished items for delivery with careful packaging and labeling.
Keep your area organized, maintain tools, and support proactive equipment care.
Apply proper material handling to create an ergonomic, efficient workspace.
Team and Culture
You’ll be part of a crew that looks out for one another. We share ideas, solve problems, and learn every day. Expect to:
Participate in training, stand-ups, and occasional mentoring of new teammates.
Drive continuous improvement by suggesting better, safer, faster ways to work.

What We’re Looking For
Physical capability:
Frequently push/pull up to 100 lbs; occasionally manipulate up to 250 lbs.
Technical aptitude:
Comfortable operating machinery and hand tools while following safety procedures.
Attention to detail:
Record production data using scanners and handwritten logs with accuracy.
Quality focus:
Spot defects quickly and make timely repairs.
Safety mindset:
