to join our team. The role is key to ensuring accurate and efficient preparation of product kits for customer orders. You'll work closely with the Receiving and Shipping teams to keep kit orders on schedule. Would you like to work for an

This is full-time hourly position, working Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. As an Assembly/Kit Room Lead, You Will
Coordinate and manage the work of a team of 3 Assemblers/Warehouse Associates. Pick and assemble kits using an RF scanner and follow the new kit process accurately. Inspect parts for accuracy - confirming grades of metals, dimensions, and other specifications before kitting. Maintain an organized work area and ensure parts are ready for processing once received. Use Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) to label, track, and update kit status. Communicate effectively with the Receiving and Warehouse Supervisors about parts status, priorities, and team coordination. Assist in assigning tasks and balancing workloads within the Kit Room to ensure on-time completion. Handle physical work including heavy lifting and moving of materials as needed. Manage time efficiently and follow established procedures to meet daily production goals. What You Bring
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Experience using RF scanners and basic warehouse systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect and verify parts accurately. Team-oriented communicator who collaborates well across departments. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, and 1+ years' warehouse or manufacturing experience, assembly or kitting experience a plus, About American Bolt Corporation
