We are seeking a skilled and passionate Trial Attorney to handle a high-volume caseload and advocate for clients in complex litigation. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage personal injury cases from intake through verdict or settlement
Conduct thorough investigations and engage experts to build compelling cases
Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
Prepare clients and witnesses for trial and conduct effective cross‑examinations
Negotiate with opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to advance case strategy
Maintain detailed case records and timely communication with clients
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
5-10 years of litigation experience, preferably with personal injury jury trial experience
Proven record of successful trial outcomes and courtroom proficiency
Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
Familiarity with case management software and e‑discovery tools
Location & Compensation Philadelphia, PA
Salary: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
