Paralegal
to join our
Atlanta office . This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, specifically supporting attorneys in general liability, trucking/transportation, automobile negligence, premises liability, and cargo-related claims. This is an hybrid position requiring strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative approach to case management. Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys in all aspects of case development, discovery, and trial preparation Organize and review documentary evidence, including medical records, incident reports, and investigative materials Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, subpoenas, and other legal correspondence Assist in deposition and trial preparation, including the creation of trial notebooks and exhibit lists Coordinate with clients, expert witnesses, court personnel, and opposing counsel Manage court deadlines, scheduling, and maintain up-to-date case calendars Monitor case progress and escalate time-sensitive issues to attorneys Conduct background research on parties, witnesses, and experts Handle document production, record requests, and subpoena tracking Requirements
3+ years of paralegal experience in insurance defense or civil litigation, preferably in trucking or general liability Familiarity with Georgia state and federal court procedures and e-filing systems Strong legal writing and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and case management tools Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment High School Diploma or equivalent required; Paralegal certificate or legal studies training preferred Benefits
