Location:
Reston, VA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Enterprise Content Management (ECM). The candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining full‑stack applications leveraging ECM platforms and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Python, and front‑end frameworks (React/Angular).
Integrate and work with ECM systems, preferably Documentum.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs using Java/Spring.
Implement and integrate LLM models with ECM platforms, including prompt engineering and data preprocessing.
Apply software development best practices: code management, unit testing, static/dynamic code analysis, and performance testing.
Deploy and troubleshoot applications on AWS (EC2, ECS, RDS, ALB, Lambda, SQS, SNS, SSM); experience with Textract and Bedrock is a plus.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile Scrum environments.
Independently manage tasks, priorities, and deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years in Java, Python, and front‑end frameworks (React/Angular).
3+ years in ECM systems, API development, and content management integration.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Working knowledge of LLMs and AI model integration.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and development practices.
3+ years AWS experience, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Strong communication, collaboration, and self‑management skills.
Preferred Certifications
AWS, Documentum, Java
