We are a fast-growing company led by a driven Founder & CEO who operates with speed, focus, and discipline. We are seeking a career Executive Assistant who can keep pace, anticipate needs, and provide seamless support that allows the CEO to stay focused on strategy and growth.
This is not a routine, task-based role. You will be the CEO’s right hand — embedded in the core of the business — proactively managing priorities, solving problems, and eliminating friction. To succeed, you must be sharp, detail-oriented, and committed to building a long-term career in step with the company’s expansion.
What You’ll Own
Executive Support & Operations: Strategically manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and daily flow. Filter and route high-volume communications with judgment and discretion. Draft, edit, and manage professional correspondence and key documents. Join important meetings to capture notes, follow up, and ensure accountability. Information Flow & Prioritization: Anticipate needs before they arise — conflicts, deadlines, and bottlenecks. Create systems to track projects, deliverables, and follow-through. Act as the CEO’s air traffic control — ensuring focus while keeping momentum. Execution & Administrative Excellence: Coordinate complex travel, logistics, and personal matters with precision. Maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Operate with speed, accuracy, and a problem-solving mindset. Who You Are
5+ years’ experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive. Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Proactive, resourceful, and able to think two steps ahead. Clear and concise communicator — written and verbal. Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern productivity tools. Able to work evenings or weekends when the business demands it.
