We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Associate Scientist
to join our dynamic research team. The ideal candidate will contribute to innovative scientific projects, conduct experiments, and support research initiatives that drive breakthrough discoveries in our field.

Cambridge, MA
What You’ll Do
Support oligonucleotide synthesis method development, optimization, and scale‑up.
Support downstream processing method development.
Execute in‑process analytical testing.
Work with research and process scientists to develop robust processes for novel chemistries.
What We’re Looking For
BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 0–3 years of lab experience (preferably in an industrial setting).
Lab experience: Internships or research experience (1–2 years of work experience).
Basic understanding of analytical techniques (pH, osmolality, conductivity measurement, HPLC, LC‑MS, etc.); hands‑on experience preferred.
Knowledge of oligonucleotide manufacturing processes including phosphoramidite chemistry, chromatography, ultrafiltration, etc.
Experience in record‑keeping and excellent laboratory documentation practices required.
Commitment to high laboratory and scientific standards; ability to maintain a safe, clean, and orderly lab environment; assist in routine lab/equipment maintenance.
Good communication skills required.
Must be responsible, proactive, and able to work as a team player in a dynamic environment with aggressive timelines.
