Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour. Location: Fremont, California. This role requires full onsite presence. Job Summary
The Repair Technician will perform server repair tasks, focusing on diagnosing and fixing hardware issues. Prior experience with L10–L11 server assembly and repair is preferred. This position is based at Quanta’s Fremont, CA facility. Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct repair for all Quanta server products to meet commercial standards and customer satisfaction. Perform final testing for all Quanta server products in finished goods condition. Achieve daily output targets of 10 units initially, rising to 15 units after 3 months. Report and record any defective parts in the shop‑floor database. Collaborate with the test engineering team to analyze root cause. Work independently, completing 3–4 repairs per hour while maintaining low return rate. Read troubleshooting guides for dependent models. Provide technical support and guidance to Level 1 technicians, assisting them in resolving challenging repair issues and improving their skillsets. Required Skills & Abilities
Good knowledge of PC, system, and server repair and troubleshooting. Experience in PC/system, server repair, and testing. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). Software skills in Windows or Linux. Team player. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Education & Experience
High school certificate or equivalent repair experience, college preferred. Physical Requirements
Ability to walk and stand on cement floors for extended periods. Ability to stoop, bend, and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Additional Requirements
Equivalent professional experience in server or system repair is acceptable. College education is preferred.
