Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented

Social Strategist

to join our team. This individual will be primarily responsible for content creation, digital storytelling, and managing social media platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech‑savvy, and passionate about creating compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

Develop, design, and schedule engaging content across specific social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube).

Produce graphics, short‑form video content, animations, and other visual assets.

Write compelling captions, blog posts, and social media copy aligned with brand voice.

Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure timely posting.

Monitor social media trends and incorporate creative ideas to enhance engagement.

Track performance metrics and analyze content effectiveness to optimize strategy.

Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement in line with brand standards.

Collaboration & Brand Alignment

Work closely with leadership and external partners to ensure content aligns with campaigns, events, and product launches.

Support the creation of marketing collateral, including newsletters, digital ads, and promotional materials.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

Maintain social media asset libraries and organize digital content.

Prepare monthly performance reports and insights for the marketing team.

Assist with ad‑hoc marketing projects as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).

1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or longevity sectors.

Proficiency with social media platforms, content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.), and scheduling software.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience with video production and short‑form social media content.

Creative mindset with a passion for emerging trends and audience engagement.
