Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on generating new business and growing existing accounts in the electronics, aerospace, automotive, and healthcare industries.

Build strong relationships with purchasing, engineering, and operations teams to understand supply needs and recommend solutions.

Promote and sell high‑demand products (e.g., bar solder, nitrile gloves, isopropyl alcohol, Kapton tape) and value‑added services including sourcing support and vendor‑managed inventory programs.

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, on‑site visits, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.

Partner closely with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and superior customer service.

Track pipeline activity and customer interactions using CRM tools to drive accountability and transparency.

Attend trade shows, customer visits, and industry events to build market presence.

Qualifications

3+ years of successful outside sales experience; industrial distribution, MRO, safety, or specialty materials industry experience preferred.

Proven ability to develop new business and manage accounts with purchasing and operational decision‑makers.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable with autonomy, building relationships, and growing business in a competitive market.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally to meet with customers.
