Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr Adv (Finance) Job Description As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr. Adv. at Honeywell Aerospace, you will influence the planning and design of manufacturing processes. You will determine equipment and tools needed by the team to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification for both existing and new processes. You will maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. You will support daily production activities and drive producibility improvement projects for complex products in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities

Provide test and manufacturing support for Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) and subcomponent production.

Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends and drive yield improvements.

Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.

Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis.

Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.

Assist development of new products.

Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.

Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.

Test products & software.

Qualifications MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering or Physics.

5+ years experience.

Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

Ability to balance priorities in daily tasks and strategic projects.

Quickly and accurately identifying subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues (process and data correlation of cause/effect across value stream).

Conveying information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse teams.

The salary range for this position is $113,000-$169,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
