Our Employee Benefits Consulting (EBC) team analyzes and advises on client rewards programs – including compensation, fringe benefits, and retirement benefits programs. Their role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop and implement solutions that meet organizational and employee financial goals while complying with tax and employment rules.

Your Role

Analyze and design employee rewards programs to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

Assist in developing client deliverables, including detailed reports and presentations, explaining complex concepts.

Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with management.

Collaborate with clients to develop cost‑effective and competitive rewards solutions.

Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.

Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications

Juris doctorate with coursework in tax and/or employment law.

Academic success (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).

Detail‑oriented leader with problem‑solving, communication, critical thinking, organizational, and technical skills.

Ability to research and analyze tax and employment law guidance and effectively communicate findings.

This is an exempt position that may require local, national, and occasional international travel.

Compensation & Benefits (Colorado & Illinois Applicants) We offer a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements vary based on hours worked per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance; flexible time off; holidays; a 401(k) plan; business‑related travel expense reimbursement; lodging and meal reimbursement. A pension plan is available for eligible staff. Compensation ranges from $6,833.00 to $7,083.00 per month in Colorado and Illinois. Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience.
