Compensation:
Up to $120,000/year based on experience What You’ll Be Doing: Overseeing the full architectural project lifecycle from schematic design to construction administration Producing code-compliant drawings and detailed construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD Coordinating technical input from multidisciplinary teams including engineers and contractors Participating in occasional site visits and client meetings Reviewing and mentoring junior staff contributions Ensuring all designs meet local zoning codes, sustainability goals, and ADA regulations What You’ll Need to be Considered: Be able to do the job as described Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) Strong working knowledge of ADA guidelines and local building codes Demonstrated ability to lead client meetings and manage timelines collaboratively Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD software Accepted file types: pdf, doc, docx, Max. file size: 16 MB. #J-18808-Ljbffr
