The Opportunity With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give our clients the right answers. Because critical decisions are made in government and the military every day, we need analysts who use their specialized regional, functional, and military experience and attention to detail to develop products and analytic assessments, giving our client actionable intelligence and context.

Responsibilities As an all‑source analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. You will gather, organize, and review finished intelligence products for technical compliance; prepare deliverables for dissemination; and serve as an authority on your subject area, delivering comprehensive reviews often under pressure. This role provides an opportunity to grow your expertise in analysis, writing, communication, and mentorship.

You Have

Experience applying and reviewing products for all‑source analytic tradecraft standards, including ICD 203 and 206

Experience coordinating intelligence production with PIRs, campaign plans, OPLANs, and CONPLANs

Experience briefing senior military and government officials

Experience collaborating with DoD or IC counterparts to produce finished intelligence

Knowledge of finished intelligence drafting, production, and dissemination processes

TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in all‑source intelligence analysis, or 6+ years in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have

Experience as an all‑source analyst supporting cyber‑focused mission partners

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership

Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600–$176,000 annualized USD. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.

Work Model
