Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial loans (C&I, CRE, SBA, or Ag, depending on expertise). Source new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement. Analyze financial statements, prepare credit packages, and ensure sound underwriting. Monitor loan performance and manage ongoing client relationships. Collaborate with credit, operations, and senior leadership to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications
5+ years of commercial lending experience in a bank or credit union environment. Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Proven ability to generate new business and maintain strong client relationships. Solid credit analysis, structuring, and negotiation skills.
