Description The Senior Manager, Technology Solutions (ERP Applications) is a critical bridge between business and technology, responsible for ensuring our customers’ ERP and back‑office applications deliver maximum value to Finance, HR, and Operations. This role combines solution management (prioritization, roadmap, business alignment) with solution architecture expertise (system design, integration, and scalability). The position ensures ERP platforms such as NetSuite, UKG, Concur, and Stampli are reliable, secure, compliant, and aligned with future business growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Act as solution owner for ERP and back‑office applications, ensuring alignment with Finance, HR, and Operations priorities.
Partner with business leaders to define requirements and translate them into ERP application features and solutions.
Develop and manage ERP roadmaps, ensuring systems evolve with organizational growth and innovation.
Serve as solution architect, designing integration patterns, system configurations, and platform choices to ensure scalability, security, and long‑term value.
Oversee ERP integrations with enterprise platforms (CRM, data, reporting, automation).
Ensure ERP systems support compliance, controls, and audit requirements across Finance and HR functions.
Drive process automation, workflow optimization, and standardization in ERP applications.
Collaborate with data and analytics teams to deliver reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that support decision‑making.
Manage vendors, contracts, licensing, and relationships to ensure ERP platforms deliver maximum value.
Monitor KPIs for ERP performance, adoption, and business outcomes; drive continuous improvement.
Lead ERP upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal business disruption.

Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $60.00 – $80.00 per hour
