Training Shift:
Mon–Fri, 8AM–4PM PST (7 weeks)
Regular Hours:
6AM–8PM PST with weekend rotation & some holidays

Key Responsibilities
Advocate for members by resolving inquiries about benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims
Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and compassion
Ensure member satisfaction through proactive support and problem‑solving
Qualifications
2+ years of call center experience
Bilingual required: Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese
Health plan experience preferred
Role Details
Type: Contract
Duration: 3 months
Workplace: 100% Remote (must reside in Texas)
Requirements: Reliable WiFi and home‑office setup
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
