Sales Executive.

The ENOVIA
Sr. Sales Executive
will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by performing end‑to‑end customer engagements. Your mission is to gain customer commitment on a long‑term business transformation for which you will be accountable to engage on value through internal framework.
Manage a highly consultative and complex sales cycle
Develop a business plan and go‑to‑market strategy for assigned accounts/territory
Network internally within the larger 3DS ecosystem to form and leverage relationships to identify new opportunities
Collaborate with senior level executive contacts and confidently articulate a transformational vision
Prospect within target clients to uncover sales opportunities
Leverage principles of enterprise/group selling to navigate large potential clients and build relationships
Document and maintain all activities, account sales strategy and opportunity process
Negotiate and close business to meet quarterly and annual sales targets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
10+ years’ experience in end‑to‑end software sales
Experience using and/or selling Product Lifecycle Management software
Experience in T&M, Industrial Equipment, or A&D a plus
Experience with ENOVIA or the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform a plus
Strong Account Management Skills
Effective communication and negotiating skills
Strong collaborative and team building skills
Effective Relationship building skills

Compensation & Benefits Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a choice of plans providing comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, vision care for employee & dependents as well as employee life, short & long‑term disability, tuition reimbursement, immediate 401K enrollment, 401K match (50 cents on the dollar, up to the first 8% of your eligible compensation that you contribute based on match eligibility criteria), flexible time off policy, and 10 paid holidays.
Salary pay Transparency Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $220,000 and $280,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
