Prepare and file court-related documents, including probate, administration, and accounting petitions. Prepare and file estate and gift tax returns. Handle the preparation of informal accountings, receipts, and release agreements. Maintain organized and detailed records of all estate administration activities. Work independently to analyze and solve complex estate administration issues. Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and professional guidance throughout the estate administration process. Qualifications : Minimum of 4 years’ experience in estate administration.
