Movement Bank
Provides courteous and professional service to all customers.
Performs teller transactions such as withdrawals, deposits, transfers, payments and cash advances, with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintains cash drawer limits and balance daily.
Completes service requests such as address changes, adding signers, ordering checks and closing accounts.
Informs customers of self-service options and demonstrate digital banking products to customers.
Identifies potential fraud or risky deposits and take the appropriate action to prevent loss.
Researches and reconciles outages and operational errors.
Assists with administrative and other bank-related activities while not assisting a customer. These tasks could include those assigned by your supervisor or by Operations, Finance or Marketing.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Complies with all applicable banking regulations and BSA/AML program, requirements and controls.
Complies with all department and Bank policies and procedures.
