We are currently working with a client in the manufacturing space who is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support day‑to‑day HR administrative functions. This fully on‑site opportunity is located in Vernon, CA starting as a contract‑to‑hire role with pay ranging from $33-$41/hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage administrative tasks for Workers' Compensation and ADA cases

Track medical documentation and employee recovery progress

Assist with timecard corrections, password resets, and system access

Conduct candidate pre‑screens and coordinate hourly interviews

Maintain HR records and provide daily support to on‑site employees

Communicate effectively with Spanish‑speaking staff on the production floor

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a must

Proven experience supporting a blue‑collar workforce

Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills

Experience with ADP Workforce Now highly preferred
