Responsibilities
Manage Websites Manage and update the credit union’s websites using WordPress and Wix, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and consistency across all platforms. Ensure that all online and third‑party content is current, compliant, and aligned with brand standards. Partner with internal departments to promote special offers, events, and community initiatives.
Create Email & Member Communications Plan, develop, and execute an email marketing calendar. Create and distribute email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, layout design, and segmentation. Develop personalized communications that educate, inform, and engage members.
Implement Digital Advertising & Campaigns Implement digital advertising campaigns across online and mobile banking platforms, social media, and search engines. Manage UTM tracking, GA4 analytics. Collaborate with media partners and vendors to ensure effective targeting and measurement. Work closely with the Analytics team to collect and interpret campaign performance metrics.
Execute Effective Social Media & Content Strategy Plan, develop, and execute a social media calendar that promotes products, services, financial education, and community involvement. Create and schedule engaging posts, videos, and graphics that reflect the credit union’s mission and values. Monitor engagement, respond to member interactions, and adjust strategy as needed. Create strategies to increase social media followers. Assist in marketing automation setup and campaign workflows. Coordinate digital signage, newsletters, and community event promotions.

You have previous experience delivering integrated digital marketing programs
Financial services background and experience with Asana would be a plus
Requirements
Two to four years of work experience in website management using WordPress platform, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media
Must have a working knowledge of analytics, user experience, and Microsoft Office Products
Copywriting, Asana, Wix website platform, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills a plus
Location & Salary Full‑time, hybrid position based in Wellington, Colorado. $26.64 - $33.31 per hour.
