Design Center Associate - Interior Designer We are seeking a Showroom Associate to provide exceptional customer service and become an integral part of our team. You will be responsible for ordering products, managing vendor relationships, merchandising, and assisting customers in a retail setting to create the best possible customer experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and identify needs

Explain products and services to customers

Research pricing & collaborate across the company

Enter and process customer orders

Accurately enter purchase orders

Investigate and resolve customer issues

Support sales team

Qualifications

Energized by people, previous experience in customer service

Excellent organization and scheduling abilities

Ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Eye for style and design.

Proficient with MS Office Suite and keyboarding

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design preferred

Ability to work Saturdays
