Job Description Responsible for the oversight, training and servicing of the broker distribution channel to support myPlace Health’s PACE (Program of All‑Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model in the assigned market, positioning the program for sales achievement and success. This position cultivates relationships with SCAN’s network of general agencies, independent brokers and ancillary stakeholders to grow myPlace Health’s mission to enable frail and vulnerable older adults to live independent lives.
You Will
Build and nurture relationships with agencies, independent brokers, and other stakeholders by providing outstanding service and support so they achieve enrollment targets from this channel.
Manage the relationship lifecycle with brokers certified to work with myPlace Health, including contract management, certification training, referrals coordination, and member retention.
Expand the broker channel by identifying new agencies and brokers and developing relationships that bring them into the myPlace Health broker network.
Coordinate and present the PACE broker education curriculum, including the myPlace Health Broker Certification training for all new brokers.
Lead and facilitate regular broker events at our facilities and in the community to promote working with myPlace Health.
Resolve broker quality issues to ensure high‑quality representation of myPlace Health; ensure brokers are utilizing current marketing materials and collateral, and administer broker supply/material requests.
Assist with referrals by verifying and processing broker requests, resolving prospect inquiries, and warmly connecting prospects with the enrollment team to ensure an excellent prospect experience.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Provide reporting on new business opportunities and issues encountered in the field (e.g., network, claims, customer service, marketing).
Maintain all CMS/federal, CA DHCS/state, and local compliance requirements as it pertains to the administration of the broker distribution channel.
Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals.

Your Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
5+ years sales experience with PACE, Medicare Advantage plans, Medi‑Cal managed care plans, or health care providers with a focus on frail and vulnerable older adult populations preferred.
Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish).
Strong presentation skills to effectively address diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills; Ability to multitask.
Ability to appropriately maintain confidentiality.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, required.
