Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef de Cuisine located in Nantucket, MA. The Chef de Cuisine will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage kitchen staff, and ensure high-quality preparation and presentation of meals. Responsibilities include menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety standards. The Chef de Cuisine will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a premium dining experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in private clubs, luxury hospitality or high-end dining establishment.

Strong culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

Leadership and management skills, with experience overseeing kitchen staff and operations.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Culinary degree or equivalent training is preferred.
